Spirited Union - XO Venezuela Pot Still 43% - Limited Edition

Spirited Union XO Rum Venezuela Pot Still is a rare find. Venezuela usually distills in column stills, but here traditional copper pot stills were used. The rum aged for 3 years in ex-bourbon casks in a tropical climate, then another 2 years at the Spirited Union Distillery in Amsterdam. The result is a rich, complex rum that drinks well neat. Bottled at 43%, unsweetened and uncoloured. These hand-labelled and numbered bottles are still very limited, and as this is a single cask bottling, once it's gone it's gone, so don't wait too long.
